How to Get Clean Softball Pants
After reading about the grueling process baseball and softball parents go through to keep their son or daughter's pants white and clean, we decided to give you our very own RIP-IT insiders go-to DIY remedy. Monica Melendez has been involved in the travel softball community for over 16 years, along side her husband who coaches. Her white softball pant wash recipe is sure to revive the white in your softball pants.
Monica Melendez of Land O Lake's, Florida said:
"I rinse the access dirt from soiled areas and spray hydrogen peroxide directly to the stained area. I let the peroxide sit for about 5 minutes and then add Dawn dishwashing liquid to the affected areas and scrub it. You will see the stains starting to rub away. Once you have scrubbed the stain, then you throw them in the wash like normal and they will be bright white...even after sliding on red clay! If you have a stubborn stain that you missed when it comes out the wash do it again. Do not dry the paints before getting the stain completely out."

"One other soap I have used is Fels Naptha laundry bar. This one is a little more time consuming and requires a little more scrubbing."
