The Defense Pro includes a 400 day warranty on the steel frame. The Defense Pro is also covered by our $5000 injury coverage policy. Replacement pads can also be purchased as needed on ripit.com
Is the mask approved for use in official softball leagues?
We are not aware of any leagues that prohibit the use of a fielder's mask. The RIP-IT mask meets the FASTER standard for fielder's mask and as such is suitable for use in all softball leagues using an 11" or 12" regulation softball.
How does the Blackout Technology work?
The Blackout Technology involves a special coating on the inside of the mask that reduces glare from the sun or stadium lights, improving visibility and focus during play.
